The tasting journey guides guests to discover our five wine expressions: the 100% Garganega Frizzante, the Valpolicella Classico DOC, the Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, the Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso DOC, and the Amarone della Valpolicella Classica DOCG, the true highest expression of the region's tradition.
The experience will be enriched by a selection of typical cold cuts and cheeses from Lessinia, accompanied by artisan lime and orange mustards, designed to enhance and harmonize the flavors of the tasting. A tasting of our extra virgin olive oil, served on warm bread, will also be offered.
To conclude the journey, paired with the Amarone della Valpolicella Classica DOCG, dark chocolate will be served for an elegant and enveloping finale that celebrates the meeting of intensity and refinement.
