Pietro's story, a passionate winemaker, is a tale of wine that unfolds in Torbe, known as "the balcony of Valpolicella" for the stunning view that embraces the valley. It begins with a walk through the vineyards, among rows of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, discovering the characteristics of the different grape varieties.
Then, a visit to the places where wine is born and takes shape through drying, vinification, and finally, aging in the ancient cellar of Corte Martini: here, under the stone arches of Prun, since 1908, high-quality wines have been aged in wooden barrels.

The tasting includes the sampling of 4 red wines from Valpolicella:
