The tour starts from our PaguStore, at Corso Castelvecchio 3/a, at 9:00 AM, and the first stop will be the Caffè Roen Roastery. Surrounded by the enveloping scents of roasted beans, we will uncover the secrets of authentic Italian Espresso, and we will taste different blends, discovering our favorite. A true Italian start! The morning will continue with a stop at a local winery in Valpolicella, where they will tell us the story of the company and the particular process for producing Amarone della Valpolicella. This will be followed by a tasting, not only of Amarone but also of other wines that have shaped the territory’s history, accompanied by some snacks.
