The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where, starting with an explanation of the wine-growing traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps in the production of our grapes will be introduced, with references to organic farming. We will discuss the harvest and then head to the grape-drying room of the winery, where the grapes for Amarone and Recioto are dried, and then continue to the winemaking facilities. We will complete the tour with a visit to the barrel aging cellar, where our wines are aged.
After the tour, we will sit down for the tasting of 5 traditional red wines accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and other local products. Once the tasting is finished, it will be possible to relax among the rows of our vineyards for a picnic lunch, which includes (per person):
Appetizer: focaccia with olives and cherry tomatoes
First course: baked lasagna with meat sauce
Side dish of the day
Dessert: chocolate brownie
Water and Wine: 1 glass of Valpolicella Classico
