La Dama: Picnic in the vineyards

We designed this experience for anyone who wants to spend a day outdoors among the vineyards, leaving behind daily stress with delicious food and savoring a good glass of wine in good company.

The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where, starting with an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps in the production of our grapes will be introduced, with references to organic farming. We will talk about harvesting and then head to the drying room of the winery, where the Amarone and Recioto grapes are dried, and then continue to the wine-making facilities. We will complete the tour with a visit to the aging cellar, where our wines are aged.

After the tour, we will settle down for the tasting of 5 traditional red wines accompanied by cold cuts, cheeses, and other typical products. After the tasting, it will be possible to sit among the rows of our vineyards for a picnic lunch, which includes (per person):

Starter: focaccia with mortadella

Main course: baked lasagna with ragù

Side dish of the day

Dessert: chocolate brownie

Water and Wine: 1 glass of Valpolicella Classico
