An exclusive and elegant tour dedicated to discovering Verona’s prestigious native grape varieties and their winemaking process at our family estate.

Begin your experience with a scenic walk through charming vineyards, where you’ll learn about the region’s distinctive soil and traditional vine training methods.

The tour continues in the atmospheric historical cellar, carved into a secret World War II tunnel, and moves into the production area, where original concrete tanks are still in use alongside modern stainless steel vats. A true highlight of the visit is our historical archive, home to the family's very first bottles — rare treasures that tell the story of Cantina Provolo’s evolution.

You’ll then descend into the underground barrel room, where our finest wines rest for years — including Entis, Amarone, Valpolicella Ripasso, and Amarone Riserva. The tour concludes in the bottling area, where you'll uncover the secrets of packaging and the differences between various types of corks and closures.

Finally, enjoy an unforgettable tasting experience: five signature wines paired with a selection of traditional local cheeses.
