Our visit starts with the story of the winery, whose 17th-century structures guard the origins of Corte Archi: founded in the early 1900s, it is a winemaking tradition that the family still carries on today.
Next, we move to the ancient cellar, where among the wooden barrels, the slow aging of our wines takes place.
We then proceed to the processing area and the drying room, the space dedicated to the natural drying of the grapes intended to become Amarone and Recioto.
A short walk through the vineyard allows us to closely observe the vines and admire our extraordinary territory.
The tour concludes with a tasting of five of our most representative wines, to fully discover the peculiarities of the indigenous grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta.
