A guided experience to discover the history of rural houses and the farming traditions of Valpolicella, to rediscover the roots, memory, and deep connection between people and the territory. Through a hike of about 30 minutes, participants will be led to discover the origins of ancient rural dwellings, their uses, and the role they have played in the lives of local communities.
The experience will continue with a guided tour of the historic winery, an opportunity to learn about the history of the place, wine-making traditions, and the knowledge passed down from generation to generation, immersed in a stunning view of the Negrar valley.
The journey will conclude with a convivial moment dedicated to tasting the wines of the winery, accompanied by typical local products: salami, Monte Veronese cheese, mustard, grilled polenta, and olive oil.
An opportunity to find traces of the past, enhance local traditions, and rediscover, through places, flavors, and stories, the cultural and identity heritage of Valpolicella.
