Roots| La base NATO Back Yard (ITA)

An experience to discover the territory of Grezzana, along the Feet paths, to rediscover the places, stories, and memories that connect people to their roots.

Accompanied by volunteers from the AISF APS (Italian Association for the History of Fortifications), participants will have the opportunity to visit the former NATO Back Yard base, a place rich in historical testimonies that tells an important chapter of the territory's past and its connection to European history.

Through the walk and the stories of the volunteers, the excursion becomes an opportunity to find traces of local memory, to know the landscape in which generations of inhabitants have grown, and to rediscover a heritage that helps define the community's identity.

An invitation directed at those who live in the territory, those who wish to know it more deeply, and those who, returning to the places of their family origins, want to reconstruct a connection with their own history through tales, landscapes, and testimonies of the past.
