An experience dedicated to natural cooking and the discovery of the authentic flavors of steamed vegetables.
Guided by our chef Paolo Pampanini, participants will attend an interactive show cooking during which two plant-based dishes will be prepared, using fresh and seasonal ingredients from our synergistic garden.
Step by step, the chef will explain cooking techniques, curiosities, and practical tips to best enhance the vegetables, transforming them into healthy and flavorful dishes.
The meetings will take place partly in the kitchen and partly in the spaces of Platys Center Verona, a welcoming environment inspired by well-being, ideal for experiencing discovery and conviviality.
Although the meeting does not include a direct workshop component, participants will be able to intervene with questions, curiosities, and observations, experiencing a moment of authentic sharing and learning.
At the end, the experience will culminate in the tasting of the prepared recipes, for a sensory journey focused on well-being and flavor.
