Route 2
We find ourselves in front of Palazzo Barbieri and from here we start discovering the city.
The first stop is Palazzo INA, where we will enter the atrium to explore the history of this building and the significance of the bas-relief that decorates it. A special mention will be dedicated to the building's door, currently on display, another element that enriches our route.
We continue along Via Roma, stopping in front of the old shelter, marked by the letter “R.” Here we will briefly talk about the shelters in the city, places of protection during the darkest periods of history.
Finally, we will arrive at Castelvecchio, where we will discover its history during the fascist period and the role it played in those years. The visit concludes with an explanation of the exhibition currently hosted at the castle.
We will conclude by saying goodbye and letting the participants who wish to continue the visit on their own.
