Agriturismo La Preara

The agricultural company La Preara, now also a Restaurant Agriturismo B&B, was founded in 2005 and has been owned by the Prà family for 4 generations.
Great-grandfather Benvenuto was the first to start this journey by managing to purchase a few plots of land, cultivated with corn, from a Veronese Countess.
Grandfather Stefano expanded the company, transforming it from cereal production to viticulture, and it was he who saw in that vineyard situated on the heights of a hill (forever named Preara) “a nice place to open an establishment”.
The son, father Benvenuto, realized his dream: initially by building an underground cellar and later renovating the agricultural depot, transforming it into the current agriturismo.
And thus, in 2005, the agricultural company “La Preara” was born (which owes its name to the karst origin of the land, a rarity in a predominantly volcanic area), now managed by the children Andrea, who oversees the vineyard, and Monica, who with her husband Igor manages the Restaurant Agriturismo.

Customer satisfaction must today be measured and continuously monitored by the company to ensure that consumers are satisfied with our services and products and that there are no elements they might complain about.
What can we do then to establish and maintain a trust-based relationship with the customer?
Like between husband and wife and in any other relationship between two people, any respectable relationship, to last, must be built and maintained over time, day after day. For us, this means that customer attention must be provided before, during, and after the service offered.
