Antico Frantoio Redoro Mezzane

In the 1990s, the Salvagno Family of Cav. Mario took over the Ancient Oil Mill of Mezzane, in the eponymous valley in the eastern part of Verona, formerly the property of Count Giulio Liorsi.

In this evocative place, it is possible to observe the milling of olives still done with ancient stone grinders and with the traditional method of first cold pressing.

Next to the Ancient Oil Mill, it is possible to visit the Locanda dell’Oleificio where you can taste and purchase all the genuine products of Redoro.
