Az- Agr. Le Follie

Matteo and Veronica, united by their love for the land, manage the farm "Le Follie" located among the beautiful hills of the Val d'Illasi, in eastern Verona. They cultivate vines and olives, investing in one of the excellence products of the Veronese territory: extra virgin olive oil.

The fields are located in Illasi, where there are 120 plants of the Grignano, Pendolino, Leccino, and Favarol varieties. In the fields of Trezzolano, there are 800 plants of Grignano, Favarol, Casaliva (a local variety from Lake Garda), and Leccino.

The oil is produced using exclusively olives from the farm, while the pressing is done on the same day at a trusted mill using a cold extraction process. The owners offer various packaging and formats such as cans for everyday use, bottles for small shops, and ceramics for favors and gifts.
