On an area of 7 hectares, they primarily cultivate cherries, aiming to support and enhance traditional ancient varieties such as the “Mora di Cazzano” variety, prized for its sweetness, crunchiness, and high digestibility.

They also grow peaches, nectarines, apricots, figs, Valpolicella grapes from Soave, plums, olives, and seasonal vegetables.

Recently, they have started beekeeping, which is very important for promoting biodiversity and a great ally for the pollination of various crops.

In the sales point, you can find all the products from the Salgaro Farm, in addition to jams, oil, and eggs from the chicken coop.

In their farm, you find the typical countryside farm of yesteryear: you are welcomed by the animals, each of whom is called by name, by the scent of the earth and the vegetables we cultivate, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
