The Nardello family has been a family of winemakers for generations in Monteforte d'Alpone, a small town in the province of Verona.
The company has about 14 hectares, most of which represents a historical core that has always been owned by the Nardello family. The vineyards are located between Monte Zoppega in Monteforte and Monte Tondo in Soave, both situated within the Classic area, in other words, the area with the highest vocation for a fine Soave.
Geographically, these two hills represent the southernmost edge of the classic area, and this was taken as inspiration in naming the first Soave Classico produced by the company.
