The Poia farm is a small family-run agricultural business dedicated to the cultivation of fruits, vegetables, and olives. The farm also raises pigs that are transformed into salamis and other products.
The products of the farm are:
- Salami, pancetta, coppa, cotechino, and sausages
- Jams of cherry, apricot, apple, and peach
- Tomato puree, pickled peppers
- Extra virgin olive oil
