Ca' Verzini - Birrificio agricolo

Ca’ Verzini Brewery is born from the passion of two brothers, Filippo and Alessio, who after about ten years of homebrewing decide to turn their passion into a true profession. The Brewery is located within a typical fully restored and modernized rural courtyard in Veneto.

At the Brewery, different types of craft beer are created using selected raw materials grown on their own land. For the production of their beers, only the best raw materials are chosen based on quality controls, allowing them to fully express all their organoleptic characteristics. The barley is grown in the flatter fields while the hops are cultivated in the hillier, higher-altitude lands, which are more suitable, near the chain of Piccole Dolomiti.

The entire production chain, from sowing to bottling, is directly managed by the owners to ensure maximum quality at all times.
