The vineyard surface of the company consists of two vineyards, both located in the Val di Mezzane.
The Soave (pure Garganega) is produced from 1 hectare of 30-year-old Pergola Veronese with a South-East exposure located in Lavagno in the Fornace area.
The Valpolicella and Amarone (55% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, and 5% Rondinella) are produced from 1.53 hectares of 15-20 year old guyot vineyard with a South-West exposure located in Mezzane di sotto in the Giare area.
The intent of the winery is to express a unique territory and its varieties with very few bottles produced with care and attention, respecting the diversities and unpredictability that each season brings.
