Castle Winery is a wine company made up of people passionate about the territory, the vineyard, and wine.

The historic Winery, located within the city walls of the Castle of Soave, is the heart of the company’s activity, which operates in compliance with the typicity and tradition of the wines it produces.

Custodian of the past and a treasure trove of an ancient history, Castle Winery is an expression of the agricultural, viticultural, and social fabric in which it was born and operates, in respect for the environment and nature.

The company vinifies grapes from vineyards located in the heart of the classic Soave region, whose soil is of volcanic origin.

Since its origins, Castle Winery has also offered red wines from Valpolicella, such as Amarone and Ripasso. The first bottles date back to the 1960s, those same bottles that are still cherished in the winery's private collection today.

The Winery also offers various tastings to allow you to “experience the Soave wine” in all its nuances.
During the tours, part of the visit is also dedicated to explaining the fermentation and aging rooms.

Since the 2021 harvest, the Winery has begun the process of converting to Organic.
