The dairy offers a wide selection of cheeses: from cow's milk to goat and sheep cheese, from fresh to more aged varieties. They are produced with only the addition of cultures, rennet, and salt.
In the company, a wide range of fresh products is also produced, such as cheeses and yogurt in various flavors, all of excellent quality, as well as premium extra virgin olive oils of the highest quality.
They also offer salami from their own farm, with and without garlic.
