The building was constructed in 1684 by Giovanni Battista Gardoni.
The facade is simple and gabled; in the center there is a rectangular entrance portal topped by a lunette and a niche that houses a small statue depicting the Patron Saint.
The interior walls, plastered and painted, are decorated with simple molded elements and crowned by a thin frame that marks the impost of the vaulted structures; on the apse wall hangs a valuable wooden crucifix from the 18th century. The hall is covered by a simple semicircular barrel vault.
