The Church of San Martino or della Disciplina in Tregnago probably dates back to the 7th-8th century, as evidenced by its dedication to Saint Martin, of Frankish origin.
It is a small Romanesque-style place of worship with a single nave, featuring an apse chapel built in the 15th century by the Casari family, where frescoes by Niccolò Golfino depicting the Madonna delle Grazie with the Disciplinati, Saint Apollonia, and Saint Agatha are preserved. The building also houses a white marble bas-relief and a altar piece by Brusasorci. Externally, in the lunette of the porch, one can admire a 14th-century fresco.
In the late Middle Ages and Modern Age, it was home to many religious companies.
It is currently used for secondary functions.
