The Consortium is an organization that represents wineries, vine growers, bottlers, and cooperatives.

The essential objective of the Soave Wine Protection Consortium is the promotion and protection of the wine designation and the territories of Soave, in accordance with the DOC and DOCG production regulations, and in the interest of all members.

The Consortium also manages the provincial Consortia and the wine routes: Lessini Durello, Merlara, and Arcole.
Given its territorial scope, Soave is in a unique position to promote not only within the wine sector but also to engage consumers through broader promotions and tourist events.
