We are the Verzè family and this is our dream. Born from the drawers of an old abandoned farmhouse and gradually transformed, stone by stone, into a beautiful and solid reality. Amidst struggles, laughter, a glass of good wine, and a slice of soppressata. Corte Verzè is us; it is the place that represents us, the adventure we face every day to reconnect with our roots, live in the present, and imagine the future. Together.

Corte Verzè is located in a place special to us, completely surrounded by the greenery of the Cazzano di Tramigna hills, on the outskirts of Verona. Our homeland, with the unmistakable profile of the Illasi Castle that has patiently watched us grow, thrive, and work from up there, just like a family member.

Every day, Giorgio and his son Ilario busy themselves in the kitchen with passion and enthusiasm, bringing the typical aromas and flavors of the region and peasant tradition to the tables of Corte Verzè's restaurant. Risottos, homemade pasta, game meat, cheeses, garden vegetables, baked sweets, all washed down with good wine.

There are tastes, scents, and colors that can transport the mind to a place, a person, an emotion. In the Corte Verzè shop, it is possible to rediscover and take home products from our table, the result of skilled and careful artisanal processing. The attentive service, the smile and friendliness of Cristina in the dining room, the white cotton tablecloths, the wooden beams, exposed stones, and the large hearth complete the magic, warming the atmosphere simply, elegantly, and familiarly.
