A high-quality oil is obtained from excellent raw materials. The Musella estate has 3,300 olives grown organically (in conversion) and with smart irrigation to obtain the best olives.
The choice of the moment to harvest the olives is also a very important element for obtaining quality oil. The factors at play are multiple and include seasonal characteristics (drought, temperatures, frosts...), crop varieties and the desired quality.
However, the real magic that allows excellence takes place in the mill. Here, thanks to the most advanced technologies and the skilled experience of the millers, continuous choices are made based on the quality of the olives and their state of ripeness.
Every phase, from the processing of the olives to the storage of the oil and up to bottling, takes place in a controlled atmosphere, to prevent oxidation from deteriorating the product. This ensures that the consumer who opens a bottle of Fontanara oil has the experience of tasting freshly pressed oil.

From Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
