This story begins at the start of the last century in Caldiero, in the province of Verona. Since then, Caldiero has been a renowned tourist destination for its thermal park, as well as being a crossroads due to its easy communication with nearby cities and towns. Surrounded by the green of countryside and hills, Caldiero is close to Beautiful Verona with its significant history on one side, and to Soave on the other, impressive and protected by its renowned medieval castle.
It is there, at the beginning of the 1900s, that Eugenio Brusco founded the Brusco Hotel Restaurant.
Today, many years have passed, but first Italo and then Umberto and their respective families have been able to maintain the tradition of hospitality from back then, always recreating around their guests the serenity and warmth of home. Located in a land renowned for the ancient art of winemaking, the Brusco Hotel Restaurant has always reserved for its customers the flavors of cuisine and winemaking from the Venetian tradition, as well as Italian and international, with the most careful selection of products.
The Brusco Restaurant offers its clients some of the best dishes of traditional and creatively modernized Venetian cuisine, always accompanied by a rich buffet of cooked and raw vegetables and wines from the well-stocked cellar.
It also has large meeting rooms for meetings or events, with the possibility of utilizing catering services for gourmet buffets or business breakfasts.
