IAT Lessinia Ufficio Informazioni e Accoglienza Turistica

The IAT Lessinia is primarily the office that collects and disseminates tourist information and facilitates visitor reception, as well as many organizational activities in the area.

It organizes meetings with operators and associations to keep them updated on activities, updates IT systems and regional portals (website, DMS, social media, newsletters), participates in specialized training sessions for IATs, industry fairs, and seminars, coordinates associations and operators in the area. It also promotes Lessinia by creating ad hoc materials and participating in fairs through specialized personnel.

In August 2018, IAT Lessinia joined the circuit of Regional IATs and is therefore part of the network of tourist information offices of the Veneto Region.

IAT Lessinia keeps the main office in Bosco Chiesanuova open and coordinates 26 Infopoints spread throughout the territory.

In the summer season and during the Christmas period, the office is open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., closing on Mondays; in the other months, it is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closed on May 23 and 24, 2026)
