The Roots of Memory

In a hamlet among the meadows and woods of Lessinia, Le Erbe di Cenise was born. It all began with Grandma Delfina, who knew about wild herbs, when to gather them, and how to preserve them. From those plants came infusions and simple remedies, the result of ancient knowledge that respects nature.

The Return to the Land

Years later, that memory became a lifestyle choice for Dr. Maddalena Zanini and her husband Riccardo: to live in the hamlet and cultivate the land. Today, they grow medicinal herbs, edible flowers, and gather wild herbs using natural methods and the rhythm of the seasons. The plants are harvested by hand at the right balsamic moment and allowed to dry slowly in the old barn.

The Scent of Lessinia

From this work come herbal teas and herbal liqueurs, simple and authentic products. Their names tell the stories of the hamlets of Lessinia. They await you in the hamlet to visit the medicinal herb field, the laboratory, the drying facility, and the sales point in the hamlet's museum: a place where memory lives.
