Le Mandolare

For more than half a century, in the cradle of Soave, the Le Mandolare winery vinifies grapes grown in the vineyards owned in Brognoligo, Castelcerino, Fittà, and Monteforte.

A corner of the earth that was already chosen by the Bishops of Verona for their leisurely retreat since the 1500s. Upon arriving here from the city, in fact, the prelates found in nature, still at times unspoiled, that natural garden which is the hills of the Alpone valley.

The harvests necessary for production are selected in order to respect the types of the area and, consequently, the natural heritage of the territory. The “Le Mandolare” products, namely Soave Superiore Docg Classico, Soave Doc Classico, and Recioto di Soave Docg, are the result of processes that range from grape harvesting to vineyard planting, all strictly carried out by hand. Only such a passion, both traditional and avant-garde, can create wines capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates.
