For over 40 years, the Turco family agricultural company has been cultivating apples in San Michele al Tagliamento, in a unique area between the Tagliamento River and the Adriatic Sea. The particular microclimate of this region helps to give the fruits distinctive organoleptic characteristics, with intense aromas and a naturally balanced taste.

From this experience comes Melamé, an organic apple juice obtained from the pressing of yellow, red, and green apples grown in the company’s orchards. The fruits are carefully selected and combined to best enhance their aroma and flavor. The juice is made according to traditional methods, respecting nature and the quality of raw materials, without the addition of sugars, preservatives, or colorings.
