The oratory of St. Louis, located in continuity with the facade of the parish church of St. George in Cazzano di Tramigna, was built between 1817 and 1832.
The building features a gabled facade. In the center, framed between two pairs of columns with Ionic capitals, the entrance portal opens. Higher up, a semicircular window illuminates the interior of the building. The facade is vertically concluded by a pediment with a slightly protruding cornice.
Inside, there is a single rectangular hall of modest dimensions, with a raised presbytery concluded with a quadrangular apse. The interior facades are accented by simple pilasters with Ionic capitals, on which the molded entablature is set; in the center of the longitudinal walls of the hall, two niches house the statues of St. Agnes and St. Louis Gonzaga.
