The chapel was a noble little church of the Brenzoni family from Verona. It was Gaspare Brenzoni, in 1719, who requested to erect a public chapel on his land and that of the Schioppo and Zamboni families, also from Verona.
The facade is simple, gabled, with a rectangular portal in which the Brenzoni coat of arms is present in the tympanum. The inscription below reminds us of the patron saints of the chapel. A cornice in local stone is present at the end of the upper tympanum, at the peak of which there is a metal cross on a stone base.
The interior features a rectangular plan hall with a single altar, topped by an altarpiece depicting The Virgin in Throne between Saints Anthony and Francis of Paola, attributed to the Venetian-born painter Simone Brentana and created in 1720; while the ceiling was decorated with paintings in 1871.
The church has a sail-shaped bell tower, topped with a metal cross, with a bell mounted on a propped-up structure.
