A varied andsuggestive itinerary that will make you discover PEPER Park - Park of Clean and Renewable Energies - equipped with a series of paths designed to discover the energies produced from renewable sources.
There are many elements of naturalistic and cultural interest that can be admired during this journey: the macro-wind farm installed on Monte Pecora from which to enjoy a unique and breathtaking view from the Euganean Hills to the Plain up to the Pre-Alpine peaks; the Church of Benedictine origin on Monte S. Pietro that stands on the remains of an early settlement of friars and on the foundations of a medieval castle, the adjoining rectory now Museum of Flint; Contrada Giri which hosts the Biodiversity Brolo, an orchard of ancient varieties of cherry and apple trees to curb the gradual abandonment of traditional agricultural activities.
The route is accessible throughout the year, particularly recommended at the beginning of June when the Ancient Fair of the Abbey takes place.
