Peper Park - Parco delle Energie Pulite e Rinnovabili

A varied and evocative itinerary that will lead you to discover PEPER Park - Park of Clean and Renewable Energies - equipped with a series of trails within an area of 27 km2 designed to explore the energies produced by renewable sources.

There are many elements of natural and cultural interest that can be admired along this route: the macro-wind power plant installed on Monte Pecora from which to enjoy a unique and breathtaking panorama from the Euganean Hills to the plain and up to the Prealpine peaks; the church of Benedictine origin on Monte S. Pietro that rises on the remains of an early settlement of friars and on the foundations of a medieval castle, the lateral rectory now Museum of Flint; Contrada Giri which houses the Brolo delle Biodiversità, an orchard of ancient varieties of cherry and apple trees to curb the progressive abandonment of traditional agricultural activities.
