Rifugio Lausen

The Refuge, located at 1220 m, is a charming place a few km north of Velo Veronese, where the view spans from the Po Valley to the Apennines; to the east, beyond the Euganean Hills, it is not uncommon to see Venice and behind it stands Monte Carega with its 2,259 meters of height.

It can be reached by car, but there are many walks that lead to Lausen passing through the Valley of the Sphinxes or starting from Giazza or cycling on paths suitable for mountain biking.

The cuisine, simple and genuine, offers dishes from Trentino and traditional dishes from Lessinia. The refuge has 22 beds, a dormitory for 10 people, and 6 double rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and independent heating. It is a suitable environment to spend a few days in tranquility, both to host events and for evenings among friends and for ceremonies.
