Ristorante Le Cedrare

Le Cedrare is part of the eighteenth-century Venetian villa Perez Pompei Sagramoso, within an estate that extends over 100 hectares. The restaurant spaces are located inside the greenhouses where citrus plants were kept during the winter months.

The restaurant is divided into two long central halls characterized by an elegant style, a curated mise en place, and frescoed ceilings. A second hall on the ground floor is dedicated to events and receptions. The environment is well-lit by large windows, which were necessary at the time for the good blooming of citrus fruits, overlooking the vast and well-tended garden.
