Our restaurant offers a selection of dishes that enhance the typical flavors of the territory, the products, and Mediterranean culinary art. The ingredients, always fresh and of high quality, are carefully selected from organic farms.

The first courses of pasta. The dough is always made fresh by Rosanna, following traditional methods: rolling pin, love, passion. Various types of fresh pasta are offered: tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle and stuffed pasta such as: tortellini, cappellacci, ravioli, agnolotti and more.

Even the desserts, from the delightful Zuppa inglese, to the Citrus Cake, to the Artemisia Cake with Marsala zabaglione (an exciting reminder of grandma's cooking), to the Sachertorte, are homemade. Simple, yet extraordinary is the Apple Pie.

Seasonally recommended are the dishes made with typical products from our land, such as the very sweet peas from Colognola ai Colli, asparagus, truffles, and meat from cattle raised in the Lessinia stables.

The dishes on the menu may vary based on the season, the market of the day, and the availability of typical products. A daily menu with new dish proposals is always available in the restaurant, including options for coeliacs and vegetarians.

By booking a few days in advance for a group of at least 10 people, it is possible to have customized menus.

Our location is ideal for celebrating weddings, anniversaries, events, and ceremonies.
At Posta Vecia, you will find a very refined environment, classic furnishings that evoke the style of the period of the residence, and two very spacious rooms.
The large outdoor park with centuries-old plants will be able to host you for the best celebrations in the open air. The little ones will also be able to get up close and personal with the animals hosted in our private zoo.
