Sabaini

Cantina Sabaini is made of an ancient tradition that is passed down through generations, and from a deep love for the territory of Val d'Illasi.

Starting from the purchase, in the late 1800s, of the first vineyard in the hamlet of Santa Giustina in Illasi, the area of the land increases, reaching 115 hectares in the 1990s. The next step is the decision to build the Winery, to meet the need to vinify all the grapes owned. In 2022, the Wine Shop is inaugurated, a sales point and a place to learn about the history and territory of Val d'Illasi thanks to the passion of the Sabaini Family for their wine.

The vineyards are cultivated in different contexts, trying to enhance the extraordinary potential of the land. Through the care of skilled hands and attentive observation of how the vines transform from season to season, the winery respects and preserves the native varieties of Val d'Illasi to obtain quality wines.
