More than sixty years have passed since the parents founded this farm: small but supported by great enthusiasm.

Until not long ago, the grape production was delivered to the local Cooperative Winery. Today, seven among brothers and cousins have inherited a business that has fully engaged and involved them, achieving remarkable dimensions.

The love for country life and the passion for vine cultivation, above all, have led to the birth of Ilatium.

They are committed to the production of fine wines such as Soave, Valpolicella, and Amarone, the quintessence of the warm lands of Illasi, whose nobility finds its deepest roots in past history.

The grape harvest is still proudly done by hand to ensure careful selection of the grapes, which continues in the cellar. The territory characterizes their wines at every stage of production, from drying to crushing to fermentation.
They use barrels of different sizes and made of oak to enhance all the aromas of the wine and bring out even the hidden qualities.
