The story of Villa Erbice dates back a long time, when grandfather Narciso began producing wine in 1900. The name Villa Erbice is determined by the prestigious historical location of the company, situated in a 16th-century villa of significant historical importance. In this location, the Erbice family started producing wines of excellent quality, always sourced from the grapes of their own vineyards.

The owned vineyard is located in the municipality of Mezzane at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. It is cultivated with respect for the environment and its integrity, prioritizing the use of natural pest control products, such as copper and sulfur; additionally, all processes related to production are done by hand. The winery is organized traditionally and involves fermentation of the grapes on their skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; the aging of the wines takes place in 225-liter French oak barrels.

The wines of Villa Erbice are typically expressive of the territory and the family's style. Wines with a classic and intense color, elegant aromas, good structure, and tannicity, suitable for long aging.
