The estate extends embracing the hill of San Briccio, an ancient underwater volcano. The uniqueness lies in the composition of the soil made up of sedimentary limestones, typical of Valpolicella, interspersed with volcanic outcrops, characteristic of the eastern area of the province of Verona.

The south-facing vineyards allow for solar irradiation, and the heat of the day is mitigated by the constant breeze and mountain winds that refresh the nights.
