Terra Cimbra

The TERRA CIMBRA is a Shop and Trattoria, where you can find the most significant products of the gastronomic tradition of Lessinia.

The shop is located in the central Piazza Marconi of Bosco Chiesanuova and is open 365 days a year, to always be ready to meet the needs of customers. In the new shop, all the typical products of Lessinia and other Italian parks are offered: handmade delicacies produced directly from the workshop or from excellent food craftsmanship; a wide selection of the best Italian cheeses, especially the Dop cheeses from Lessinia; sopressa, produced according to an ancient recipe from the Pezzo family, aged at high altitudes, and many other cured meats from farms in Lessinia that have obtained the mark of the Lessinia Regional Natural Park. You can also find gnocchi from the mountain in convenient packages, venison stew, trays of polenta cooked for a long time as in the past, but also sweet products like berry tarts, the Cimbra Cake filled, and the “Esse,” typical sweets shaped like an 'S' particularly tasty, dipped in Recioto. Another peculiar characteristic of the Cimbra shop is the possibility to create, at any time of the year, baskets, bags, or gift boxes for companies or individuals.

Terracimbra, in addition to the shop, offers a warm and suggestive place to savor these typical dishes of Lessinia. On the lower floor, in fact, there is a cozy and intimate environment where you can enjoy dishes made with genuine ingredients based on products from the Lessinia Natural Park.

There is also outdoor parking available, and small pets are allowed. Terra Cimbra is located in the center of the village, just a few steps from the church. Easily accessible by both car and bus. Reservations are always appreciated
