The restaurant trattoria Al Chiostro, owned by the Marconi family, is located in San Bonifacio near Soave, in the heart of the province of Verona. The restaurant is family-run and is managed by dad Silvano, mom Teresa, and daughters Valentina and Giulia. Our strength lies in the family bond that unites us and in the passion for our work that we share.
Everyone has their role: dad takes care of the service and administrative side; mom dedicates herself to cooking with Valentina; Giulia helps in the kitchen and in the restaurant. Everyone contributes to making the Ristorante Trattoria al Chiostro what it is: a welcoming place where you can spend a few hours in company enjoying flavorful and refined dishes, including revisited traditional Venetian cuisine, as well as tasting the best wines from the area.

Our cuisine is traditional Venetian revisited, offering a refined menu with various specialties to satisfy the most discerning palates, but also those who love the simplicity and genuineness of our grandmothers' old recipes. That’s why the ingredients that make up our dishes are all chosen with great care and attention. Our suppliers are local producers who provide us daily with top-quality, zero-kilometer products. Therefore, seasonal products, top-choice meat, and very fresh fish.
Our dishes are the result of an alchemy between the ingredients and the art of the cook. Bread, pasta, and desserts are strictly homemade. All this is expertly accompanied by a well-stocked wine list with a selection dedicated to our region, without overlooking the most renowned wines from the rest of Italy.

We want our customers to savor genuine bread with an unmistakable taste. For this reason, we propose our own bread production with the flavor of the past. Also, the desserts are all prepared by our cooks Teresa and Valentina with care, passion, and love for the delights of the palate.
