It is located in the Perarolo area. It was built by the Negri family and was probably the residence of Eleonoro Negri. Surrounded by the countryside, it features the forms of Neoclassicism from the late eighteenth century to the early nineteenth century, a bit rigid and without inventions.
The villa stands isolated in an empty space created by the distance of the farm buildings, corresponding to the model of the house-temple, a design invented by Palladio.
The south-facing façade has a classical setting, with a central portico, a loggia with four Ionic columns supporting the tympanum. The entire ground floor is clad in marble, creating a contrast with the upper floor, which is very rich in decorative elements.
The annexes constitute a long building aligned with the main house, including a barchessa and the homes of the “laorenti”.
