I biglietti per visitare la casa museo sono disponibili SOLO online su www.museiverona.com, con prenotazione dell’ingresso (per adulti e bambini).
Anche con la Verona card è obbligatorio prenotare l'orario d'ingresso sul sito www.museiverona.com
In caso di eccezionale afflusso di visitatori in giornate in corrispondenza di grandi eventi o festività, si potrebbero rendere necessarie delle sospensioni temporanee dell’accesso gratuito al cortile di Giulietta. L'ingresso sarà comunque garantito a chi ha acquistato il biglietto per visitare la Casa Museo.
Prima domenica del mese: promozione temporaneamente sospesa. La promozione che prevede l'ingresso a 1,00 euro la prima domenica del mese da novembre a marzo è temporaneamente sospesa per la Casa di Giulietta. Rimane valida per gli altri musei e monumenti civici.
L'8 marzo ingresso gratuito per tutte le donne.

Martedì - Domenica: 9:00 - 19:00 (ultimo ingresso alla Casa ore 18:30, al cortile ore 18:40)
Chiuso il lunedì, il 25 dicembre e il 1° gennaio.

Only the inner courtyard is accessible. There is no lift in the house.
Is it possible to access to the monument with animals?
It is possible to access the monument only with small dogs only inside special bags (pet carrier). Guide dogs for the visually impaired, assistance dogs for the disabled and alert dogs (diabetes, epilepsy, etc.) are always allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the case of guided tours; coffee breaks; set-ups; in the case of special temporary exhibitions that require special maintenance; if female, during the period of estrum and in pregnancy and in case of illness.
