PIASE FESTIVAL - Ronco all'Adige

The program starts at 9.00 with the Experiential Journey from the Quarry to the House, an itinerary curated by Azienda Stabila and Ecomuseo Aquae Planae, accompanied by an appetizer by Panificio Pasticceria Caffè Manfrin.

At the same time, On the Saddle Among Apple Trees, Watercourses, and Renaturalized Quarries begins, a biking experience to explore the landscape of Ronco all’Adige, created by Ca’ Roveda, Azienda Agricola Taietta, Comitato Sant’Ambrogio di Tombazosana, and Ecomuseo Aquae Planae.

At noon the territory tells its story through its flavors, with the Lunch at km0: the Taste of the Area, curated by Comitato Sant’Ambrogio di Tombazosana, accompanied by Baila Atlantica, the musical project of Filippo Dierico.

In the afternoon, it will be possible to learn more about the history of the place with the guided tour of the Ancient Hydraulic Structure of Gangaion, while at 3.00 p.m. the Bussè River will take center stage with the Canoeing Descent, organized by Canoa Club Legnago and Ecomuseo Aquae Planae.

The day concludes with Genius Loci: Creative Meetings on the Apple, a workshop curated by Alice Faggioni – build_yourself, to rediscover through creativity one of the products that define the local agricultural landscape.
