2-hour course where you will discover the 10 practical rules for pairing wine with food; fun and interactive, it is suitable for any level of wine knowledge. During the course, 4 Annafrancesca wines will be tasted in conjunction with 4 dishes made from zero-kilometer local products, to get to know our wines and immediately apply the concepts learned. A brochure with the rules for perfect food-wine pairing will also be provided.
