ROOTS | A day among the olive trees

Gift yourself a whole day immersed in Valpolicella, among the scent of new oil and the wisdom of a thousand-year-old tree.

We start at 10.30 a.m. with ancient knowledge about the olive where you will discover character, quality, use, and secrets of the green gold. At 11.15 a.m. experience hand-picking olives, cleaning, and preparation for the mill. For lunch, at 12.00 p.m., we will savor authentic flavors: bruschetta with freshly made oil, pasta with oil, dessert, and coffee, with a view that embraces the entire valley.

From the field experience to the preparation of traditional products, the day invites you to rediscover the olive not just as an agricultural resource but as a symbol of continuity, resilience, and a visceral connection to your homeland.
