The Agricultural Company La Borina spans an area of 12 hectares mostly cultivated with vineyards and arable land. The Agricultural Company is located near Soave, between Verona and Vicenza.
With the garganega and pinot grigio grapes, it produces delicious table white wine offered to the restaurant's customers. With the cereals obtained from arable crops, it prepares excellent blends for the animals. The terraced gardens of the Agricultural Company are cultivated following the Organic Forest method. All the produce from the gardens is used in the Restaurant to ensure customers authenticity and naturalness.
