The small agricultural reality of the Dal Bosco family (Gelmino, Cristina, Andrea, and Gloria) is located in Brognoligo, in the heart of the Soave Classico production area, a zone limited to the hilly areas of the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte D’Alpone, in the province of Verona.

The business was founded in 2002, after the family decided to start vinifying their own grapes, which were previously delivered to a local social winery. The vineyard area is 14 hectares, divided into many small vineyards located on the hills of Soave Classico. It is here, among rocky slopes and steep hills where the soil is of volcanic origin, that the garganega ripens and reveals all its potential, producing unique and unrepeatable wines elsewhere: a combination of structure and elegance enveloped by balanced acidity and marked minerality.

The Dal Bosco family’s business remains a family-run reality, respectful of tradition, tied to its territory, aware that only by enhancing traditional native grape varieties and prioritizing a viticulture aimed at achieving quality can typical and distinctly recognizable wines be produced, capable of positively surprising the taster.
