Grape producers for generations, essentiality and respect for the land are the principles that underpin the history of the company.

Forty hectares of vineyards on the Soave hill with volcanic soils, one of the best areas in the Soave region for grape cultivation. Out of respect for the place and love for nature itself, they cultivate the vine with the utmost attention to the natural environment. In the hills of Valpolicella, they own eight hectares consisting of a calcareous flaky soil, a very cold area influenced by the cold currents of the Lessini Mountains.

These soils and this climate contribute to the complexity of the wines of the following varieties: Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave in the production area of Soave; Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta in the extended Valpolicella.

After many years of observations, long bottle aging, and tastings of old vintages, today they are certain that the screw cap is the best choice for aging and preserving white wines.
